Set beneath green trees and palms, Sunshine Beach brags as a beachfront village ideal for any kind of household.
Sunshine Beach is located at the southern side of the Noosa National Park headland, about 5-minute drive from Noosa Heads; and shows off a 15km stretch of open beaches with surf breaks with white sand perfect for your long walks and bike rides.
Enjoy the lovely day by the beach and watch the sunrise by the sea or watch the humpback whales making its way through the ocean every June to October. Patrolled by lifesavers every day, it’s a great spot to take a dip or watch surfers ride the friendly waves. You can get stoked yourself too, bring your board and get a fair share of glassy waves.
Duke Street is the main hub for restaurants, cafes, and bars but also the go to location for haircuts, surfing necessities, homewares, gift shops, Pilates, and yoga studios. Walk up or jog up the Sunshine Beach Stairs located at the northern end of the beach with the most scenic views of the Noosa National Park headland and Coral Sea; but don’t forget to count the steps!
